David Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects information you submit through our contact and assessment forms in order to respond to your inquiry and prepare a recommendation. This includes your name, email, company details, and the answers you provide.

We store this information securely and access is restricted to authorized team members. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Anti-abuse and rate limiting

To protect our submission forms from spam and automated abuse, our server records a limited set of technical signals for each submission: a one-way SHA-256 hash of the requesting IP address, a hash of the submitted email, and (when needed) a truncated user-agent string. We do not store raw IP addresses. These records are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup job. They are used only for rate limiting, duplicate detection, and forensic review of suspected abuse.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics tools may collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the website. Where required by law, we will request consent before setting non-essential cookies.
